Our founder
Founder and Director of Kavanta
Carolina Arce is a serial entrepreneur and business mentor with broad international experience. She has founded five companies and organizations in technology, education and social impact. She has worked with artificial intelligence for more than twelve years and trained at Singularity University in 2014 with Ray Kurzweil.
She co-founded uPlanner, an AI-powered academic management platform that today reaches more than 3.1 million students, and Impactus Ventures, where she led the ChildTech Challenge. She has worked with more than 160 companies and organizations in 15 countries. Through Kavanta, she pursues her purpose: helping business leaders drive changes that lead to sustainable economic and social growth.
