What it is

Multiply Your Capacity to Grow with AI is a live AI consulting and training program for your whole company, over one year and in three cycles. In each cycle, your team applies a proven method: you decide what to prioritize, we design the new processes with you, and you delegate them to AI.

The program goes through the full method in each cycle, and each cycle has its own goal: first, use AI with good judgment; then, free up hours; and finally, improve profitability.

Who it's for

For companies that already use AI and want to see it in their results: selling more and serving more customers with their team, and improving profitability.

The CEO and the leaders take part and decide where the freed-up capacity is reinvested, along with each team member, who applies AI to their own work.

It works for any industry, because each person works on their own processes.

The method

Delegate to AI to grow

Decide

With your leaders, you prioritize the processes in each area and measure how long they take today.

Design

We design each new process with you: which step AI handles and which step stays with the team.

Delegate

Each person builds their process with AI, with our support. At the end, they present what they left up and running and the time they freed up.

How it works

Three cycles, each with its own goal

Cycle 1

Adoption

Use AI with sound judgment

Your whole team uses AI in its real work, with the judgment to know when it helps and when it doesn't. With your leaders, you choose candidate processes in each area and measure how long they take today. That's the starting point every improvement is measured against.

Cycle 2

Productivity

Delegate to free up hours

Your team works on the processes that take the most hours, until those hours are freed up. Your team can do in 2 hours what takes a full day today. Same team, twice the capacity.

Cycle 3

Profitability

Delegate to improve the bottom line

The freed-up hours are put to work: selling more, or handling in-house what you outsource today. We decide with you where to put them from the first cycle, and in this cycle your team applies that decision to the processes that move profitability.

Your company chooses Adoption and Productivity, or all three cycles.

What a week looks like

One live session with your team, on its own processes. Between sessions, each person moves their project forward, with one-on-one support during the busiest weeks.

Separately, your leaders review progress with us and adjust priorities. Each cycle ends with project presentations.

What gets delegated and what doesn't

Starting with the wrong process costs months. Every process your team picks falls into one of three categories:

  • Ready for AI. It gets built now.

  • Organize first. The process is defined and standardized, and only then is it moved to AI.

  • Out of scope. There's a legal, data or platform blocker, and it's better to know before investing.

What your company achieves

50% to 99%

Teams delegate processes with time reductions of 50% to 99%. In this program, the freed-up hours go into initiatives that raise the company's profitability.

Freed-up hours that are put to work

Each person delegates processes from their work to AI, and the time they free up is measured against their starting point. With your leaders, you decide where each hour is reinvested: serving more customers, selling more or delivering sooner.

A shared standard

The whole team works under the same rules about what gets delegated, with what data and under what controls.

Work that comes back in-house

Your team handles in-house the work you pay outside providers for today.

Skills that stay with your team

Each person develops five skills for working with AI, which they can apply to any process beyond the one they built.

What stays with your team

  1. 1

Deciding what to delegate to AI

Separating the part of the work that gains from AI from the part that stays with the person.

  2. 2

Explaining to AI what you need

Giving context, judgment and an output format so what comes back is useful.

  3. 3

    Building the solution

Designing, building and testing an automation or an agent until it works.

  4. 4

Evaluating and correcting what AI returns

Checking it against your own judgment, spotting the error and correcting course.

  5. 5

    Owning what gets delivered

The person is accountable for the final result, and their name goes on what goes out.

How it's measured

What your company produces with its own people

Profitability rises through two paths your team controls: producing and selling more with the same people, and handling in-house what you buy from outside today.

That's why we measure how much value your company generates per person, the same measure used to calculate a country's productivity. When that number goes up, profit and what the company can give back to its team grow at the same time.

Because the program runs for a year, every month we measure the time your processes take, their related metrics and the value your company generates per person. We do it with three levels of evidence, from the strongest to the most debatable.

Time, before and after

How long it takes from when a prospect asks for a quote to when they get it, or from closing the month to sending out the report. It's measured with dates, not perception.

Avoided spending

What your company was going to outsource and ends up handling in-house. It can be attributed directly, because the quote existed and wasn't signed.

Revenue

It rises when the process improves, and the market plays a part too. We measure it anyway, and we tell you how far the evidence goes.

The result is calculated after deducting the cost of the program. If your profitability moves for another reason, we'll tell you.

Where the hours get reinvested

More than 110 projects designed with companies.

Some of the places teams put the capacity they free up:

Sales

Prospecting and following up with more customers, with proposals ready in hours.

Customer service

Responding sooner and serving more customers with the same team.

Operations

Delivering more within the same timelines, with consistent quality.

Finance

Closings, reconciliations and reports the team handles in-house.

Marketing

Content and campaigns made by the team, at the pace the business needs.

Research

Market and competitor studies in days instead of weeks.

What's included

Consulting

  • Sessions with your leaders during each cycle. We show them the state of the art in AI, and they choose the processes in each area and decide where the hours are reinvested.
  • Design of the new processes. We define each AI process with you, along with the weekly plan to put it into practice.
  • One-on-one support during the busiest weeks.

Training

  • AI training on your company's real processes, going deeper in each cycle: direct chat, setup, automation, agents and vibecoding.

Support

  • Guides and materials built around your company's processes.
  • Portal with the recordings of every session.
  • Closing report for each cycle. Each person finishes with their process running, or defined and ready to move to AI, with their starting point and the improvement measured.

Between cycles

  • Monthly talk on the AI changes that matter for your company.
  • Library of guides and proofs of concept.

Our commitments to you

  1. 1

The skills stay with your team, and they keep them after the program ends.

  2. 2

Everything is built on your company's real processes.

  3. 3

Your own team builds the solutions, because it already knows the business.

  4. 4

Each person dedicates up to four hours a week.

  5. 5

The program builds on the people you already have, so they gain time to create and decide.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to take all three cycles?

If your goal is to increase the company's profitability, we suggest taking at least two cycles. Each cycle ends with its result measured.

How is it different from Scale Your Team's Productivity?

Scale Your Team's Productivity goes through the method once and ends with freed-up hours. Multiply goes through it over a year in three cycles, each with its own goal, and adds the Profitability cycle, where those hours are put to work. And because it runs for a year, we measure the metrics tied to each project every month.

What happens between one cycle and the next?

Your team keeps applying what it learned to its processes. We stay in touch through the monthly talk and the guide library, and the next cycle starts from what was achieved.

What happens to the people on the team?

The program works with your existing team, and it gives them a way to update their skills and move into higher-value work. The freed-up hours are put to work, and each person takes part in the change without putting their job at risk.

What happens to the information my team uploads?

Your team works inside your company's accounts, in Google Workspace and in Claude for business. Both platforms have international security and privacy certifications, such as ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 and ISO/IEC 42001 for artificial intelligence. On their business plans, they don't use your company's information to train their models. At the start, we define with you what information can be used in each project.

Does the team need a tech background or coding skills?

Anyone on the team can do it with guidance, without a technical department and without knowing how to code. In our programs, people with no programming experience have built their own workflows.

How much time does it require from the team?

Up to 4 hours a week per person during each cycle: the live session, plus the work of applying AI to their process between sessions.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on how many cycles you choose and on team size. Book a 30-minute meeting and we'll look at your case.
