The method
Weeks 1-2
With your leaders, you prioritize the processes in each area and measure how long they take today. The program starts with a clear focus.
Weeks 3-4
You learn to use AI and go deeper with it, while we design each new process with you: which step AI handles and which step stays with the team.
Weeks 5-10
Each person builds their process with AI, with our support. At the end, they present what they left up and running and the hours they freed up.
Teams delegate processes with time reductions of 50% to 99%. Data and finance tasks are the most automated; content and decision-making tasks keep more steps with the person.
Each person delegates a process from their work to AI and finishes with at least one project up and running. The time they free up is measured against their starting point.
